Currently recruiting for a Senior Operations Analyst, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.
Essential Functions:
Assist in coordinating and synchronizing EOD policy, doctrine, requirements, acquisition, operations, technology, engineering, and analytics, within Army, multiservice, and interagency EOD.
Provide thorough understanding of Army EOD operations, formations, and support capabilities of conventional and non-conventional EOD units.
Serve as the monitor of all tasks and events assigned to the Branch.
Conduct and spearhead all meetings and touchpoints in support of the Army’s EOD branch.
Serve as the primary operator of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Information Management System (EODIMS), and function as the gatekeeper within HQDA G-3/5/7 for access to, and permissions granted to Military, Civilian, and Contractors for database management.
Assist in the writing of EXORDs, Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs), EXSUMS and other correspondence.
Create, monitor and track activities using FORM 5’s and the ETMS2 system.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours.
Required Skills & Experience:
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must be able to work within Government-provided software packages emphasizing on MS Office products, for example, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
Experience working in headquarters environments on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands.
Proficient in planning and execution of working groups.
Operational experience using standard automated toolsets to monitor database performance and maintain database operation.
Ability to assist with drafting Army EXORDs, FRAGOs, meeting minutes and EXSUMs and strategic documents.
Working knowledge of the Army EOD program, including information from AR 11-41 (C-IED Program), AR 75-14 (Interservice Responsibilities for EOD), AR 75-15 (Policy for EOD), DA PAM 611-105 (Procedures for Selection, Training, and Suitability of EOD Personnel), AR 611-105 (Selection, Training, and Suitability for EOD), JP 3-42 (Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal), ATP 4-32 (EOD Operations), DoDD 5160.62E (Executive Agent for Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology and Training), and CJCSI 2700.01G (Rationalization, Standardization, and Interoperability (RSI) Activities).
Required Clearance: ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/ SCI
Bachelor’s degree required.
10 years Army EOD Service; EOD Master Badge Qualified.
Must be a graduate of NAVSCHEOD.
