Mill Laborer\ Ashland, ME - FT/Nights - Temp-to-Hire Opportunity\ \ Job Description:\ \ Immediate openings for Mill Laborers with a well-established employer in Ashland. PTO, 401k with company match, and medical, dental and life insurance available. Full-time/Days: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, M-F, or Full-time/Nights: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, M-F. Wages start at \$21.93/hr. with a \$2.00/hr. night-shift differential.\ \ Mill Laborers will provide general labor for a variety of tasks around the facility, including but not limited to, lumber yard clean-up, painting, and operating sawmill equipment. Applicants should be 18 years of age or older and able to move/lift up to 50 lbs.\ \ Responsibilities:\

• Perform general labor duties during lumber yard clean-up projects.
• Lift, flip, or stack lumber as needed for storage and shipment.
• Paint and perform general maintenance work to keep the facility clean and presentable.
• Assist machinery operators on sawmill equipment.

\ Job Requirements:\

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in an environment that is committed to safety and efficiency.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
