Job Summary:
Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Administrator for our Atlanta, GA location! The Warehouse Administrator performs various tasks related to assisting customers and warehouse team in shipping and receiving of HVAC equipment.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as On-Site in Atlanta GA
What you will do:
Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters
Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted
Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments
Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures
General administrative tasks as required
Assist in annual warehouse inventory
All other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Excel required
Must be able to read and write English
Ability to follow through on commitments and details
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Proven team player
Strong customer service skills
Material Handling experience preferred
Experience with Oracle preferred
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $24 and up
