Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team located in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is within the financial services industry and offers an exciting opportunity for those with experience in multiple accounting systems and industries. You will be managing a portfolio of clients and will be expected to lead and develop our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the firm.

• Maintain and process customer credit applications with accuracy.

• Utilize various accounting software systems to manage and analyze financial data.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate recording and monitoring.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

• Manage and maintain the firm's Enterprise Resource Planning system.

• Utilize ADP for financial services tasks and processes.

• Handle billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

• Use BlackLine and Concur for financial management and reporting.

• Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for team members. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with BlackLine is a must

• Proficiency in using Concur is highly desirable

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Must be capable of managing various Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Competence in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

• Prior experience in Auditing is highly desirable

• Must be capable of executing Billing Functions efficiently
