Clinical duties Divided between the Interventional Cardiology Service (0.5) and the Cardiology Intensive Care Unit (0.5)
• 9 clinical sessions per week with effort divided among: 1. One session of outpatient clinic 2. The cardiac catheterization laboratory at EUH and EUHM 3. The Cardiac Intensive Care Units at EUH and EUHM 4. Proportional participation in the Interventional Cardiology on call rotation at EUH or EUHM
• 1 session per week for administrative activities *Clinical duties are subject to change at the discretion of Emory Heart & Vascular Executive Director as dictated by operational and strategic needs of the service line.
Teaching Expectations:
This is a Non-Tenure track position. Note, in keeping with the School of Medicine Guidelines for Appointment, Promotion and Tenure, upon joining Emory you would be expected to participate in teaching, which may include occasional lectures, small group and bedside teaching, preceptorship, and mentorship. In addition, you will engage in other scholarly or academic activities.
