EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in a business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environment required. 3 years experience in National Accounts or similar industry experience and college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 year of Oracle or other ERP system experience 1 year of supervisory experience required Ability to effectively supervise team members and work as a member of that team and organize work activities for other members of that team Demonstrated coaching/mentoring skills and issue management problem solving skills Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
