Adecco US, Inc. Clinical Director in Atlanta, Georgia
Our client, an behavioral therapy services provider, is looking for aClinical Director in the Atlanta, GA area.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and mentor BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical excellence.
Oversee behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, and client documentation.
Provide direct feedback and model best practices for clinical growth.
Conduct assessments and assist with comprehensive evaluations as needed.
Hold weekly BCBA meetings and supervise on-site services.
Conduct family check-ins and analyze training data.
Develop clinic curricula and collaborate with Regional Operations.
Supervise BCBA apprentices and travel for assessments or client support.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree
BCBA certification
3+ years of ABA experience preferred
Clean background check, drug screening, and driving record.
Benefits:
Base salary in the $130k-150k range
