Our client, an behavioral therapy services provider, is looking for aClinical Director in the Atlanta, GA area.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and mentor BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical excellence.

• Oversee behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, and client documentation.

• Provide direct feedback and model best practices for clinical growth.

• Conduct assessments and assist with comprehensive evaluations as needed.

• Hold weekly BCBA meetings and supervise on-site services.

• Conduct family check-ins and analyze training data.

• Develop clinic curricula and collaborate with Regional Operations.

• Supervise BCBA apprentices and travel for assessments or client support.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree

• BCBA certification

• 3+ years of ABA experience preferred

• Clean background check, drug screening, and driving record.
