Quals-- Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns. Apply the best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility. Set up and test complex email campaigns with dynamic content. Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices. Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues. Proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency.

Specific Qualifications:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Ampscript with the ability to troubleshoot existing problems written by other developers. Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technology with exposure to journey builder and automation studio. Prior experience with audience creation and segmentation.
