Description

A Robert Half client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Print Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the execution of a wide variety of print projects, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the print production process, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a 4-day a week, onsite position located in Smyrna Vinings, GA. Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of print projects, including estimating, scheduling, pre-production, production, and delivery.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams, external vendors (printers, prepress, etc.), and clients to ensure project success.

  • Obtain and review print quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.

  • Review and approve proofs and press checks.

  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential project roadblocks.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest print technologies and trends.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Print Project Manager, preferably in an agency or large brand environment.

  • Deep understanding of print production processes, including offset, digital, and large format printing.

  • Strong knowledge of prepress, color management, and finishing techniques.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
