TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

The Work Bench, similar to a Genius Bar, supports all internal users at the headquarted location and other locations near by. It allows employees to resolve technical issues through various methods: they can either schedule an appointment or simply walk up. Currently, there is one Work Bench technician who handles 10 to 20 tickets daily. The issues addressed include imaging computers (using SCCM), OS issues (both Windows and Mac), network connectivity problems (WiFi, VPN, printer), basic navigation, password resets, and more.

The workbench is open from 8am - 4:30pm M-F and those are the hours of operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

It will be a plus if someone has experience working within this type of support model. They will need experience working face to face with end users. They leverage ServiceNow has a ticketing system.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
