Position Overview:
The Execution Capabilities Director will lead strategic initiatives to elevate executional excellence across the franchise network, with a strong focus on driving change management in key execution areas: route-to-market (RTM), in-store execution via ESH, and eB2B solutions. This role is responsible for transforming operational processes, sales force effectiveness, and franchise execution models to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations, franchise business models, and digital execution platforms, with a proven ability to manage complex change initiatives, influence key stakeholders, and embed new ways of working across the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution Strategy, Process Improvement & Change Management:
Develop and lead a structured change management approach to enhance execution capabilities (e.g., ESH, RTM, and eB2B ) across the Franchise and US Bottling system, ensuring adoption and sustained impact.
Partner with the ESH Performance Management Director to drive transformational change in retail execution, addressing capability gaps across the chain of custody (Channels, Retail, BASN, and Bottlers).
Collaborate with the RTM team on the Operations Working Team (OWT) to identify and address the most critical change management challenges in RTM execution.
Lead capability-building efforts for eB2B , ensuring seamless digital integration and adoption across the bottler system, addressing operational resistance and training gaps.
Attend and drive best practice sharing in monthly ESH Retail Execution calls, ensuring field teams and bottlers effectively adopt new execution methodologies.
Franchise & Field Operations Support:
Embed change management principles within Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
Develop a Bottler Capability Framework , embedding structured transition plans to support bottlers in evolving their execution models.
Coach franchise leads to drive organizational change within bottler networks, ensuring sustained adoption of new execution capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Leadership:
Act as a change agent, leading cross-functional transformation efforts in sales force effectiveness, trade execution, and field-level decision-making.
Influence and align senior stakeholders across franchisees, sales leadership, and corporate teams to foster a culture of executional excellence.
Implement scalable and sustainable solutions to overcome operational resistance, drive continuous improvement, and steward performance outcomes.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in DSD operations, franchise business models, and retail execution in the CPG industry, with a track record of leading large-scale change initiatives.
Expertise in organizational change management , including stakeholder engagement, training, and embedding new processes across dispersed teams.
Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive execution transformation across multiple functions.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable results.

Pay Range:$141,000 - $165,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30
