We are currently hiring for a Human Resources Representative as part of our Consultant Care Team. As an HR Representative you will beresponsible for performing a wide variety of HR and employment processing-related duties while working closely with leadership in the assigned business line, region or account(s). Specifically, this position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: processing onboarding and offboarding of contract employees, benefits administration, assisting payroll with time sheet management, leaves of absence and employee relations management, HRIS administration, personnel records management, reporting, and employment law compliance.
In this role you will:
Coordinate full cycle employment processing for all consultants (onboarding and off-boarding) working with client hiring managers, candidates, and internal shared services functions as needed to ensure timely completion of action items.
Provide support and work closely with staff and leaders in assigned regions (as well as other functional departments) to facilitate best overall experience for consultants during their full course of employment and assist with engagement activities.
Assist with benefits administration to include communicating and/or clarifying benefit information to contract employees, claims resolution and change reporting.
Act as the point of contact for your assigned business regions for all leave of absence management including field/client awareness and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
Provide support to all consultants within your assigned business line(s) and region(s) including being the point of contact for questions, concerns, and escalations.
Process required documents through field tools, HRIS/payroll system(s) and insurance providers to ensure data accuracy and proper record keeping.
Assist with the distribution of HR programs/information including new hire orientation materials, benefit collateral and other information as required.
Help maintain HR files and benefit documentation via internal SharePoint site and HRIS.
Maintain the integrity of the human resource information system and related personnel records according to applicable regulatory requirements, including the creation of personnel files and other HR maintenance duties.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Ideally you will have:
0-3 years of HR experience is required, to include onboarding/offboarding, benefit administration responsibilities.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant corporate human resources experience.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, Workday a plus!
Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
High level of customer focus
Demonstrated conflict management, good judgement and diplomacy skills
Problem solving ability, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to learn and assimilate new information easily
Understanding of employment law, regulations, policies, programs, and procedures
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Technologically literate with strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office

Compensation: Range from $50,000-55,000, commensurate with skill level and experience
