Accenture IT Customer Service Representative - Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia

You Are:

The IO Accenture Unit Project is seeking an Entry Level IT Customer Service Representative to provide technical support to customers. The project is a part of the Information Technology Operations job family group.

As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your day-to-day activities will include driving incident, issue, and outage management, as well as investigation and restoration. You are expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems. Expertise in Customer Technical Support is required, along with proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA), and Advanced proficiency in other skills.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their technical support needs are met

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance customer support

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Windows and Mac PC troubleshooting

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Ticket management through a system such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Asset management for tracking technology equipment

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Customer

  • High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
