Delta Air Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for Information Technology Senior Engineers, RPA in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor support and operations of BluePrism RPA Tool and supporting the applicationmaintenance.

• Deliverthe service for the IT service management processes, ensuring the smoothoperation of the application.

• Maintainapplication support processes and check that all requests for support are dealtwith according to agreed procedures.

• Applyapplication management software and tools to investigate issues, collectperformance statistics and create reports.

• Prioritizeand diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigate causes ofincidents and seek resolution.

• Escalateunresolved incidents. Facilitate recovery, following resolution of incidents.

• Documentand close resolved incidents according to agreed procedures.

• Initiateand monitor action to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes,and services. Determine problem fixes/remedies.

• Assistwith the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.

• Carryout agreed applications maintenance tasks.

• Provide"Go Live" support after introduction of new solutions.

• Supportthe processing of service requests.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation or related. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation or related.

Must have work experience in:

• PowerApps and Power Automate Developer

• 2 years’ experience with BluePrism Production Support and Developer

• RPA solutions that include Win Automation, Power Automate, or Uiflows, importing/exporting code from one environment to another, Windows clients, and Virtual machines

• LDAP, SQL, Visual Basics, or Dot Net Basics

• Supporting RPA related infrastructure; and

• Design, development, and testing of automation workflows to improve business processes and create efficiencies to meet business objectives
