Job Title: Low Voltage Technician
Shift: 1st
Schedule: M-Th, 7:00am-5:00pm
Job Description
We are seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Technicians to join our team. These technicians will be learning cabling on a grand scale and will assist higher-level techs and team leads in building out infrastructure. Responsibilities include pulling cable, pulling fiber, learning color codes, punching down and terminating fiber, installing cable trays and pathways, and building server racks.
Responsibilities
Assist higher-level technicians and team leads in building out infrastructure.
Pull cable and fiber.
Learn and apply color codes.
Punch down and terminate fiber.
Install cable trays and pathways.
Build server racks.
Essential Skills
Experience in low voltage, telecom installation, splicing, cabling, and fiber optics.
Proficiency in installing cable trays, pulling cable/fiber, and terminating fiber.
Knowledge of universal communications color codes.
Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalency.
1-3 years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical field.
Ability to supervise others.
Proficiency with necessary tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
