ManpowerGroup Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta, Georgia

Our client, a leading Food Processing Company is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and technical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: 80-95k

What’s the Job?

  • Lead all maintenance employees in performing production equipment maintenance

  • Provide technical support for maintenance team

  • Coordinate maintenance activities with production team

  • Direct preventative maintenance programs

What’s Needed?

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance leadership in manufacturing

  • PLC troubleshooting experience

  • Experience with SAP systems

  • Strong mechanical & electrical experience in a high speed environment

  • The ability to collaborate with production & quality to achieve cohesive working relationships
