Shepard Exposition Services Part-Time Operations Administrator (Hybrid) in Atlanta, Georgia
The Operations Administrator will provide support to Operations Managers by providing essential administrative and operational assistance.
Key Contributions of the Role
Compile and analyze labor and cost data to assist in financial reporting.
Generate comprehensive operations reports to support decision-making processes.
Assist payroll processes by providing necessary support to management.
Assist with planning and coordination of operational activities.
Support Help Scout communications to ensure effective customer service.
Manage purchase orders and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate the distribution of associate identification badges.
Requirements
Minimum of one year of recent administrative experience in a high-volume business environment is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in operating standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and 10-key calculators by touch.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.
High school diploma, or relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
