About The Role:
CBRE Group, Inc. is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. We operate within three primary business units, including Property Management - a leading global provider of property management services. We are recruiting a Program Manager to act as a critical process lead for our business unit.
This role will work with the Global PMO and Global Executive Committee to evaluate, implement and report on strategic project initiatives in support of improving and growing the Property Management business. In addition to project oversight, this position will be responsible for the ongoing management and innovation of Global PMO Toolkit (tools, templates, software, training & communication) and the business’ mentoring and training community. The role will also be accountable for supporting new business pursuits and new client business transitions as required.
Quarterly travel to New York, NY USA.
What You'll Do:
Experienced knowledge and application of Project Management Skills: Leadership, Communication, Organization, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Agility, Risk Management and Shareholder Management.
Expert in full lifecycle of project and program schedules of any size, type and complexity.
Coordinate and lead multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Ensure PMO resource prioritization of corporate critical initiatives / complex client transitions.
Ensure all business leads and supporting resources are informed, trained and following global PMO standards.
Communicate program updates, landmarks, and risks to shareholders at all levels of the organization, including C-Suite and Executive level of leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Facilitate cross-functional planning and scope validation sessions with large sized groups and at varying levels of detail and depth.
Develop custom project and transition plans to support varied scope and solutions.
Supervise team members to ensure program and project results are completed in accordance with set timelines.
Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans as necessary.
Manage multiple programs using best-in-class governance, technology and analytics.
Able to anticipate needs and customize or develop new reporting to suit project and client preferences. Capable of interpreting reports for multiple levels of collaborators.
Evaluate program outcomes and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
Show proactive leadership, can guide and lead in the absence of other team members; know all roles and all responsibilities and can implement autonomously. Proactively steer direction through governance cadences and can seamlessly interact with all customers and clients.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred; PMP or PGMP certification is a plus.
We prefer a minimum four years’ experience in Property Management or corporate real estate.
Professional background with systems implementations, mergers/acquisitions, re-engineering or other large/complex projects preferred.
Deep operational knowledge in complex organizations preferred.
International work experience a plus.
Able to understand current processes and can proactively explore new ideas to increase quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and able to lead others through process improvements.
Able to discern solution documents, connect with solution leads for specifics, and design master crafted RFP schedules that fit internal and client needs. Able to effectively confirm results and prepare connections across project plans.
Well-connected within Property Management leads and leaders. Can develop custom adaptations and lead change amongst shareholders.
Proficient in making suggestions for enhancements and improvements across projects & teams, and confident with rolling out change-management schemes.
An authority presenter and can lead transition activities without other operations/platform members as the need arises. Can develop and enhance materials and products to increase effectiveness and quality.
Smartsheet: Advanced to expert level expertise preferred. Ability to modify complex project plans, provide regular updates and troubleshoot overall functionality of a sophisticated project schedule.
Power BI: Intermediate experience preferred. Ability to create and modify dashboards and reports using data from multiple sources.
Microsoft Suite: Superior familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Teams; above average ability with Excel preferred.

Equal Pay Disclaimer
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for thePrograms and Transitions Manageris $110,000 annually and the maximum salary is $165,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical region. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401k, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
