How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
This Project Manager, Salesforce Business Analytics will work to help analyze, define, and document requirements to for Salesforce technology solutions. Needs to be a self-motivated individual who enjoy problem-solving, thinking creatively, and are interested in growing their business analysis and technical skill set in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
Leadsessions to collaborate with customers to define the business requirements tomeet the end users’ needs.
Developand document user stories with acceptance criteria, as-is/to-be process flowsas part of the requirements and design processes.
Createfeatures using agile methodology for Jetstream team
Implementconfiguration tasks per agreed upon design specifications.
Facilitatekey meetings with clients and end users such as requirement sessions, systemdemos, user acceptance testing or end user training.
Assistwith the identification and analysis of bug fixes/ issues.
Participatein defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans.
Createuser guides and system configuration documentation.
Executestakeholder communication including various written communications to includeone-on-one client conversations.
Workswith the development team to ensure that the most significant businessoperations are addressed.
Familiaritywith the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process.
Assistthe Jetstream Program Lead in defining value and priority and selecting scopefor upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backloggrooming process.
Maintaina functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Aminimum of 4 years of Salesforce Administrator or App Builder experiencerequired
Aminimum of 4 years in business process and/or requirements gathering
Strongunderstanding of SFDC best practices and functionality
Demonstratesflexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Abilityto work independently.
Provenability to think critically and effectively communicate in a team environment.
Proficientexperience working with Microsoft Office.
Experienceworking with Enterprise Orgs
Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively makesuggestions based on the results,
Availableand responsive to question, clarifications, and instructions
Abilityto tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
Aself-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams.
Outstandingwritten communication skills
Abilityto demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enablesstakeholders to decide with confidence.
Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
SalesforceAdministrator Certification. Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonalcommunication skills.
Excellentknowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira andConfluence.
