Hyatt Purchasing Coordinator in ATLANTA, Georgia
Description:
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for ordering and assisting Purchasing Supervisor/Director on managing inventorying on a daily and weekly basis. They will also assist with month end inventories, receiving deliveries and shipping of packages. Duties also include daily tracking of all F&B credits, working with vendors, and Accounts Payable. This person must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight and have basic communication skills.

Qualifications:
Hotel purchasing clerk or storeroom clerk, basic administrative experience a plus.
Ability to lift, push, pull 40 lbs. minimum.
ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy required.
Proficient in excel and word programs.
Great Interpersonal Communication Skills.
Great Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Willing to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
