Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Atlanta based firm seeking a seasoned SAP S/4 HANA Finance Consultant to support their business workstream. This is a long term contract working hybrid onsite in the Dunwoody area.

As a SAP Finance Consultant, you will own the organization and prioritization of tasks, allocation of resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of key milestones. We will look to you for Data mapping and validation, as well as the specification and testing of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows). You will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes into the SAP S/4HANA solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Workstream Support: Collaborate with the finance and business teams to understand requirements, define priorities, and translate them into actionable tasks for the SAP S/4HANA Finance module.

Task Organization and Prioritization: Organize and prioritize the business workstream tasks, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline and goals.

Resource Allocation: Allocate tasks to team members and ensure resources are utilized effectively to meet deadlines.

Data Mapping and Validation: Lead efforts in mapping legacy financial data to the SAP S/4HANA system, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

RICEFW Specification: Develop detailed functional specifications for RICEFW objects in collaboration with the technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are met.

RICEFW Testing: Oversee the end-to-end testing of RICEFW objects, ensuring all components work as designed and meet the business needs.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot issues related to finance processes in SAP S/4HANA and ensure timely resolution by

Key Requirements:

•10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementations. Proven experience in managing business workstreams for large-scale ERP projects.

•Finance Expertise: Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO) with a strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.

•Project Management: Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and allocating workstream tasks, ensuring all deliverables align with project milestones.

•RICEFW Experience: Strong experience in specifying and testing RICEFW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.

•Data Migration Skills: Hands-on experience with data mapping, cleansing, and validation in SAP Finance, including familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.

•Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues that arise during testing and validation phases.

•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

•Cross-Module Collaboration: Familiarity with cross-functional integration points within SAP S/4HANA, particularly with MM, SD, and Treasury.
