PagerDuty Atlanta is looking for a service-oriented, personable, and resourceful Senior Workplace Experience Specialist II to support our Atlanta office and contribute to our global operations. In this role, you will collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, leverage technology, and proactively solve challenges to enhance the employee experience and support operational excellence. This is an in-office position in Atlanta, GA (5 days per week) with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Workplace Experience team, the Senior Workplace Experience Specialist II will oversee the daily operations of our Atlanta office, ensuring it remains an exceptional place to work for all Dutonians and continues to attract top talent.
The Senior Workplace Experience Specialist II has the following key responsibilities:
Plan and implement workplace initiatives to support employee engagement and deliver a positive, inclusive work environment
Partner with cross-functional teams on key global projects and initiatives that impact different segments of the business, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes
Organize and host workplace events, team offsites, volunteering activities, company meetings and Executive visits to foster connection and growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related questions, concerns, feedback, and suggestions, ensuring timely effective resolution
Provide a warm welcome to visitors, guests, and new and current employees, ensuring a seamless experience
Manage vendor relationships, lead contract renewals and ensure quality assurance for delivery of workplace services such as food and beverage, HVAC, power, etc.
Provide project management support for office moves, renovations, build outs and maintenance
Maintain a safe, healthy and clean work environment for all employees as a health and safety champion
Partner with HelpDesk to ensure workplace technology is working and providing maximum value for employees
Manage visitor management, desk booking and workplace safety systems
Navigate the procurement process for workplace services, and track and manage office expenses, ensuring alignment with the defined budget
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a corporate environment with a proven track record of success
Prior experience working in the tech industry or a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong organization and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a global organization
Event management experience and the willingness to work the occasional early morning or evening to ensure event success
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for team meetings and events, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or equivalent years of experience
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills with proven ability to develop project plans and timelines effectively
Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt and excel in a dynamic role
Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and navigate new systems and processes
Prior experience using productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Office, Salesforce, Monday.com, AI and others
An active CPR/AED/First Aid certification is a plus
The base salary range for this position is 68,000 - 106,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
