WM Technical Lead, Product Experience in Atlanta, Georgia

I. Job Summary
Responsible for accelerating the rate of change across the enterprise by leading and/or working on cross functional teams to drive economic and operational efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability and reliability to existing processes or new business ideas.
Key areas of responsibility for this position include working on projects across their lifecycle from pre-launch, to launch, to post project closure with specific emphasis on business case analysis, process management, and providing business analytics.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Manages small projects or portions of larger projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
Develops new ideas and processes while collaborating with Product Owners and Digital Leads to manage Jira creation, generate operational reports, and drive process improvements.
Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process, consistent with the accomplishment of long-range objectives which will enhance effectiveness, while working closely with Directors, District Managers, Area Vice Presidents and other management personnel.
Utilizes financial analysis and data mining software/techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and solicitation of feedback.
May manage one or more staff analysts.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. The candidate must live and work in the United States.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Seven years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation simultaneously meeting financial, operations and customer demands (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with technical products such as Jira, Confluence, DataDog, GitHub, MuleSoft, Snowflake, SQL, ETL tools, Informatica, DBT.
D. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Experience in envisioning a future state, defining the current state and drive process improvement to close the gap between the status quo and needed change.
Demonstrated project management skills.

Ability to work with people from all levels and across the organization.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time.

Normal setting for this job is: office setting and/or landfill/outdoor.
The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $113,000 - $172,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
In addition, this position is eligible for Bonus.
