Work you'll do

  • Develop and refine comprehensive training strategies and approaches tailored to the needs of large-scale IT systems implementations, ensuring alignment with project goals and user requirements

  • Create detailed course outlines, storyboards, training templates, prototypes, and standards to facilitate effective learning and user adoption

  • Design and develop a variety of training materials, including slide presentations, quick reference guides, and other supplemental resources to support end-user learning

  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, which may include instructor-led training, web-based training, simulations, and hands-on exercises, to ensure users are well-prepared for system go-live

  • Implement post go-live training plans, including refresher training and office hours/labs, to reinforce learning and support ongoing user adoption and proficiency

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 5 years of experience designing, developing and delivering training programs for large-scale IT implementations

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Prior management consulting experience
