Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Workday Systems Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves processing and managing payroll applications, maintaining and improving HRIS/IT systems, and providing support for Workday modules. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying gaps in workflows and proposing effective solutions. This role is based in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll applications using Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules

• Maintain and enhance the functionality of Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules

• Ensure seamless data integration with internal and external systems

• Create and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making

• Identify gaps in workflows and propose innovative and effective solutions

• Leverage Atlassian Jira, Confluence, CRM, and other business systems to maximize efficiency

• Conduct AB Testing and Gap Analysis to improve business processes

• Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and Backlog Grooming sessions

• Document and maintain Business Requirement Documents and Business Process Functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, a tool used for issue tracking and project management.

• Demonstrated understanding of business systems and their integration in a corporate environment.

• Expertise in Confluence, a collaboration tool used to help teams to collaborate and share knowledge efficiently.

• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

• Ability to conduct gap analysis, identifying the difference between the current state and the desired state of business processes.

• Experience in AB Testing, a user experience research methodology.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology, a framework for managing work on complex products.

• Knowledge of backlog grooming, a process of ensuring the backlog contains the appropriate items, that are prioritized, and items are prepared for delivery.

• Understanding of business process functions and the ability to align them with organizational goals.

• Experience in creating a Business Requirement Document (BRD) that outlines the requirements and scope of a project. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
