Design and develop electrical and controls systems for automated industrial equipment. Develop, test, and debug PLC and HMI programs. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs) for projects. Acquire Request for Quotes (RFQ's) and submit for purchasing. Commission and troubleshoot equipment at customer facilities. Integrate equipment with robotics and other automation at customer facilities. Implement, maintain and improve electrical and controls systems and equipment. Direct and coordinate installation, testing and maintenance of electrical and controls systems. Program safety PLC's (Banner, Keyence). Configure sensors, drives and other electrical equipment as needed. Prepare machine manuals and as-built drawings. Familiar with communications and networking protocols. Plan preventative maintenance.

Location: 533 N. Court Street, Au Gres, Michigan 48703 (Multiple Locations) Telecommuting permitted 20% of time. Travel required 10% of time for customer installs.
