Design and develop automotive lighting components, including headlamps and rear lamps; Conduct CAE studies to assess design feasibility and initiate engineering changes per customer requirements; Create 2D and 3D mock-ups, sketches, and graphics of lamps using Unigraphics NX and CATIA V5; Test components, analyze results, and revise designs as needed; Develop and test models of alternative designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, explore new applications, and identify necessary modifications; and Collaborate with client engineers to resolve performance and quality issues related to newly designed lighting products, etc.
