Description
We are offering a contract position in Auburn, Maine as a HR Recruiter. This role is primarily involved in the auditing of various products to ensure all imbalances are appropriately and promptly managed. The successful individual will be expected to use established procedures to research and resolve audit issues, collaborating with both internal and external partners to achieve this.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of various products in the Risk Management Portfolio and their corresponding systems.
• Network continuously with operational areas, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their current processes and procedures.
• Research and take action on imbalances across multiple products to resolve discrepancies and identify their root cause.
• Collaborate with external strategic partners, internal Operations areas, and field teams to aid in issue resolution while suggesting process improvements.
• Apply sound judgement in approving transactions and researching imbalances, considering the financial and operational impact before making decisions.
• Exhibit integrity in all actions and work to build trusted relationships.
• Contribute to innovation in products and services by continually improving processes.
• Be personally accountable, delivering on commitments while treating others with respect and dignity.
• Compile periodic reports and perform daily processing functions.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Operations and Procedures

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
• Familiarity with Networks
