Apply Salary Range: $21.00 To 27.00 Hourly Position: Electronics Technician (Circuit boards) Department: Engineering Reports to: Test Engineering Manager Wage: $21.00 - $27.00/hr

SUMMARY Troubleshoot electronic circuits. Setup and repair test setups. Have working knowledge of Computers. EMCom has a diverse array of products that vary greatly in complexity in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and repair Circuit boards. Builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies developmental and production electronic equipment and systems. Sets up standard test apparatus or devises test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional tests. Analyzes and interprets test data. May operate drills, or other machine tools to fabricate parts, such as electrical chassis Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Fluent working with computers Ability to learn new software Attention to detail Self-motivated Ability to organize effectively Teamwork and communication skills EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 2+ years of experience is required LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information, reports, and documents. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple site functions and team members. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
