Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the IT Services industry in Augusta, Georgia, United States. We are looking for a Cable Technician to join our team. The Cable Technician will be expected to handle tasks related to cable installation, access control, and data networking.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of CAT5 and CAT6 cables for data drops.

• Carry out tasks related to access control, ensuring security protocols are maintained.

• Work on Ethernet cabling to ensure seamless data transmission.

• Install and maintain data networks, ensuring optimal performance.

• Handle tasks related to broadband, ensuring uninterrupted internet connectivity.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any technical issues they might have. Requirements • Proficient in Access Control systems

• Familiarity with Data Networks and their configurations

• Demonstrable experience in Cable Installation

• Knowledge of CAT5 and CAT6 cabling

• Proficient in Ethernet cabling

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Able to adhere to safety procedures and protocols

• Must have a valid driver's license
