OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced GIS Architect/Administrator to join our team and support GIS systems architecture, database management, and application development. This role requires residency in Wisconsin.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Geographic Information Systems Architecting and Administration

• Implementing, administering, and supporting organizational GIS servers, cloud infrastructure, GIS database infrastructure, and GIS data content.
• Administering, publishing, and supporting content, web maps, applications, workflows, and data using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online.

GIS: Architecting and Administration

• Experience with ArcGIS Roads & Highways, including data structures, algorithms, topology, networking, and LRS/models.
• Designing/architecting GIS web mapping applications with ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Enterprise to support feature class creation and editing (point, line, polygon).
• Designing and integrating web services in GIS web applications using ArcGIS REST API.
• Designing, architecting, and integrating web services for mobile GIS editing applications (internal and external).

Databases

• Proficiency with Oracle 19c, ArcSDE, and Esri\'s ArcGIS Spatial Database Engine (SDE).

Application Development

• Designing/building and integrating GIS web applications, desktop applications, and geoprocessing tools (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET, ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Python).
• Developing GIS web mapping applications using Java and related tools.
• Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes using Safe Software\'s FME Form, FME Flow, or Esri\'s Data Interoperability.

Requirements

• Documenting requirements and design, fulfilling metadata requirements for spatial data, and performing requirements analysis.
