Job Description

Assist the roofing crew with basic tasks, collaborate with team members, learn new skills, and contribute to a positive work environment. This role requires prior roofing or framing experience, particularly in shingling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the roofing crew with various tasks.

• Measure and prepare materials for the roof station.

• Ensure proper materials are in place for the roof station crew.

• Read and follow written and oral instructions.

• Clean up the work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Six months of construction framing experience or three months working in a modular manufacturing facility.

• Ability to read a tape measure and basic knowledge of roofing materials, roofing and construction tools.

• Prior shingling experience.

Work Environment

You will be working in a modular building manufacturing facility. The building is covered, but there is no air conditioning or heating.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aumsville, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
