Aerotek Electrical Assembler in Aurora, Colorado

Seeking Electrical Assemblers in Aurora, CO - Experienced Candidates Encouraged to Apply!

Job Description

  • Candidates will be assembling the electrical portion of all chamber models utilizing basic skills and the basic understanding of the process flow.

  • Follows company engineering documents, wiring diagrams, schematics, and written work instructions with minimal assistance.

  • Builds sub-assemblies such as, e-stop panel assemblies, cable assemblies, sub-panel assemblies, and junction box assemblies.

  • Panel preparation including wire preparation, din rail cuts, panel labeling, mounting of fuses, relays, controls, circuit breakers.

  • Installs all parts and sub-assemblies for the electrical assembly of the chamber ensuring that all details are accomplished properly.

  • Performs all wire routing, electrical connections of pneumatics assemblies, power panel assemblies, e-stop panel assemblies, sub-panel assemblies, and junction box assemblies.

  • Pulls parts from warehouse to fulfill work orders.

  • Initiates CPR’s when non-conformances occur during assembly.

  • Uses hand tools such as wire preparation tools, wire crimpers, drills, wrenches, saws, grinders, screwdrivers, and knives.

  • Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams

  • Experience using hand tools (wire crimpers, drills, wrenches, saws, grinders, screwdrivers, knives)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Teamwork

  • Problem-solving

Shift & Pay

  • 1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM - $21-$22/hour
