Rush Copley Medical Center Aquatics Office Administrator in Aurora, Illinois
Position Performance Area/Expectations:
Serve as liaison between Aquatics Manager and members, guests and staff.
Meet with Aquatics Manager weekly to review private swim client needs, review client wait-list, lesson enrollments, package audits, and account adjustments.
Administratively assist with placement of new swim lesson clients with instructors.
Correspond with new clients regarding private lesson package, policies, and swim instructor contact information.
Enter private lessons into club automation and assist with rescheduling of lessons as needed.
Perform private lesson payroll and package audits.
Maintain monthly private lesson goals.
Proactively contact families to collect payments of lessons or to purchase new packages.
Be polite and enforce the rules and regulations equally for everyone.
Fill out account adjustment forms to correct private lessons in club automation.
Communicate with Front Desk regarding vital aquatics information as needed.
Check voicemails and emails regularly.
Update Aquatics bulletin boards monthly.
Perform other office tasks as needed.
Position Requirements:
Licensure: N/A
Education: High school diploma required.
Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification
Special Skills:
Proficient with technology.
Experience working with Club Automation preferred
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Experience:
Experience in aquatics preferred.
Other:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Word and Excel.
High degree of organizational skills.
$16.86 - $25.28 Hourly
