Job Title: General Production

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for 1 open 1st shift Assembly Position. The work schedule is from 6am-2pm, Monday – Friday, with a pay rate of $18-$20 per hour. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for permanent hire. We have two different assembly positions available in separate departments, both offering the same pay rate and requiring similar skills.

Hard Skills

• Reading work instructions and blueprints

• Utilizing hand tools and hand sanders

• Operating table saws and overhead cranes

• Measuring and recording product dimensions

• Using paint guns and working with cement

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to follow repetitive processes

• Physical stamina for lifting and operating machinery

• Team collaboration

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Aurora, Ohio.

Work Environment

The building is very clean and well-maintained. We have placed several candidates who have transitioned from contract to permanent positions, all providing excellent feedback about the culture and environment. Managers are great, and employees enjoy a good relationship with HR. Double time is paid on Sundays.
