Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Austin, Texas. Working within the real estate industry, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to administrative tasks and basic accounting functions, as well as provide support for real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process check requests and check runs

• Assist with the administration of accounts payable and receivable

• Maintain organized files and records in line with company procedures

• Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings and event planning

• Contribute to real estate closings and due diligence processes

• Track and manage business expenses

• Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to produce and manage documents and data

• Support the team in data entry tasks, both textual and numeric

• Engage in commercial real estate accounting activities

• Coordinate and execute tasks related to real estate transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in performing Check Runs

• Ability to Process Check Requests efficiently

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Demonstrated skill in Administrative Assistance

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Experience with Numeric Data Entry

• Capability to organize files systematically

• Background in Real Estate industry

• Understanding of Real Estate Accounting

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate operations
