Ensures sufficient familiarity with Competitive Solicitations and the resulting contracts, state procurement requirements and departmental processes to perform job duties and provide technical support to PDC staff as well as other University departments.Coordinates document distribution and quality control with Project Managers, Professional Service Providers, HUB Staff Associates, and Project Specialists on Competitive Solicitations and contracts.Prepares Competitive Solicitation award contracts for execution, routing, and retention. Reviews contract documents for quality control and compliance to state procurement regulations and PDC processes.Updates Contracts Database and LBB website with contract award information. Database entry and report generations.Schedules and coordinates multi-task projects in an evolving and deadline-driven environment in order to maintain timely completion of contract functions. Use computer applications Windows PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, Define, UTWorks and the contracts database.Provides technical, contracting and accounting support for PDC staff. Works independently as well as a Team Member with other contracting staff, Project Managers, HUB Coordinator and other professionals on Campus Construction/University Planning projects.Coordinates Competitive Solicitation related events including networking with PMs, training sessions, orientations, etc.Other related functions as assigned.
