This role involves managing financial operations and supervising accounting staff to ensure the company's financial procedures are in line with legal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Oversee all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure financial stability.

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring completion within set timeframes.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, aiding in strategic decision-making.

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Utilize various accounting software systems such as '3M', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CRM', 'Crystal Reports' to streamline accounting functions.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Lead auditing processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in 3M

• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Familiarity with CRM is required

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports is a must

• Knowledge and ability to manage Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Solid background in Auditing

• Experience in Budget Processes is necessary
