The Service Delivery Ops Senior Manager plays a vital role in creating long term customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the client, internal and external stakeholders and our operational delivery teams. Accountable for Service Delivery Operations or strategic complex part of a SDO within North America with a key focus on the incubation services we deliver to our client. Needs someone with Incubation work experience and deep client relationship to maintain and grow this business.Key Responsibilities:
Focus on being agile, flexible to meet the incubation requirements of the programs.
Manage and build on key Client relationships.
Manage and owner service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering service.
Growing the business through noiseless delivery.
The Delivery Program Executive is accountable for delivering service and achieving business goals of the assigned Mobilization, Technology
Delivery Services, Solution Development shared services, or Delivery Excellence and Innovation program or function.
The role holder is responsible for management and ownership of service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering the program or function.
Lead the delivery strategy to meet and deliver on the value proposition to our clients.
Confidently and proactively support sales through solutioning, lead the execution of the solution plan Delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings.
Sustainable Business Performance Has accountability for and track record of successful business results.
Influence and Relationships Pursues and cultivates business relationships and alliances Senior middle management levels.
Strategic Perspective Role Growing understanding of the business strategy to be able to act as an advocate and influencer of others.
Value creation Shares ideas relating to strategic opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations Delivery
Minimum 7 years of experience managing teams
4 years Microsoft experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Client Engagement experience
Global experience
Bachelor’s degree
