**Position Summary: The HVAC III performs advanced (senior-level) responsibilities related to installation, repair and maintenance of ventilation, heating, air conditioning and environmental control systems. Determines materials, tools, techniques and the appropriate methods and procedures to perform maintenance and preventative maintenance work.
