Primary Location: 1100 N Congress Ave. Austin, TX 78701 *Position Type: 2 Full-time positions, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; *1 Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. All positions require on-call periods after regular business hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, especially during legislative sessions. The State Preservation Board (SPB) was established for the purpose of preserving, maintaining, and restoring the State Capitol and the 1857 General Land Office, which houses the Capitol Visitors Center. **Position Summary: The HVAC III performs advanced (senior-level) responsibilities related to installation, repair and maintenance of ventilation, heating, air conditioning and environmental control systems. Determines materials, tools, techniques and the appropriate methods and procedures to perform maintenance and preventative maintenance work.
