What You’ll Do:

  • Lead End-to-End Program Governance: Drive cross-functional execution for new MC product rollouts and strategic initiatives, aligning teams, defining workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery.

  • Manage Special Projects: Own high-impact initiatives like Capacity Planning , ensuring scalability as products expand across CSPs.

  • Establish Multicloud Rhythm of Business: Design and implement RoB frameworks to streamline team engagement, accountability, and reporting.

  • Drive Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable insights for senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on key priorities.

  • Streamline Operations & Automation: Identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and develop automation solutions to increase productivity.

  • Ensure Operational Coverage: Provide backup support to leadership, maintaining seamless continuity across key functions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Depth: Proven experience working in technical environments, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, platforms, and multicloud ecosystems.

  • Program Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-org programs with diverse stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations.

  • Operational Expertise: Skilled in optimizing processes, driving automation, and leveraging tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

  • Executive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering insights to senior leaders.

  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities and incomplete information.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
