Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Product Manager to lead the development and management of technology-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and product management, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product vision, strategy, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize and develop product features and enhancements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create product specifications, and manage timelines.

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure smooth product launches and ongoing product support.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and within budget.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Product Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams to achieve business objectives.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS products.

• Familiarity with data analytics and product management tools.
