Meta Program Manager, Integrity Regulatory Operations in Austin, Texas
Summary:
Integrity Regulatory Operations team works cross-functionally to achieve regulatory compliance and minimize risk to business in an effective way while building legitimacy and protecting users. The team ensures that new products and services are launched with the latest integrity standards in place, thereby maintaining the organization's commitment to integrity and compliance. We also coordinate the launch of proactive transparency reports, to give our community visibility into how we enforce our policies, respond to data requests and protect intellectual property, while monitoring dynamics that limit access to Meta technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated program manager to join our team and lead our regulatory compliance efforts in the integrity space. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and for coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations across a large XFN team.

Work with vendor facing teams to develop, support and improve scaled review processes supporting regulatory compliance
Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and maturity targets
Help scale the regulatory compliance program to achieve compliance as BAU
Develop an understanding of the integrity issues and how they affect our community.
Lead a large cross-functional team (XFN) to coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations, including developing and implementing response strategies and securing broad alignment
Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team.
3+ years of project /program management experience driving end to end initiatives with minimal guidance.
2+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Experience communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams.
Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams.
Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in fast paced environments.
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.

$93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
