Oversee execution of 15-month executive-education-style masters program. Provide leadership, oversight, and coordination as needed to achieve program objectives in all aspects of the student life cycle. Work collaboratively with faculty to ensure a smooth and cohesive student experience that meets programmatic goals and objectives. Organize and participate in GSC meetings. Review and help to resolve real-time student issues. Directly support activities to achieve admissions targets, including information sessions for prospective students. Provide strategic leadership in planning events such as student orientation, intensive weeks, and graduation, and coordinate with others as needed on implementation. Develop and manage alumni networks, and assist in building a sense of community among alumni. Lead and manage the non-credit Professional Training program. Develop strategy, recruit instructors, and schedule courses. Communicate requirements across work teams and ensure all support and logistical tasks are completed. Support instructors as needed. Identify and support business development opportunities. Serve as primary liaison to marketing and recruitment staff. Approve promotion calendar and messaging, update program information, and ideate new content. Work closely with enrollment advisors to maximize outreach and overall ensure that applicant goals are met. Directly engage with prospects as appropriate. Manage administrative aspects of the program. Develop annual budget and regularly monitor revenues and expenditures. Prepare faculty appointment information for business team. Monitor student feedback and other performance metrics, and make recommendations to resolve issues and improve outcomes. Track tasks, document processes, and lead issue resolution. Maintain programmatic data and provide information to university offices as requested. Represent program in the campus professional and continuing education community. Steward program advisory board. Set agenda, attend all meetings, and respond to information requests. Lead regular program reviews and assessments, and make recommendations to ensure strong student outcomes and continuous program improvement. Make recommendations to maintain and grow revenues.
