Manage all aspects of research accounting including grants (federal, state, foundation, and industry), research gifts, and faculty start-up accounts.Monitor post award activities to ensure compliance for cost transfers, budget revisions/adjustments, and reporting. Assist Principal Investigators with submission of annual, quarterly, or monthly reports to funding entities. Perform periodic review of expenditures, commitments, and their compliance with grant agreements.Work with research faculty and support staff to review and analyze PI research funding accounts with regular frequency to address spending burn-rates, staff allocations, and funding period forecasts.Monitor account balances, reconcile all research funding accounts, and distribute regular financial reports to Principal Investigators. Coordinate costing allocation updates as required.Coordinate with Dell Med SPA for pre-award functions as needed, which may include grant budgeting and grant modifications.Perform other related duties as assigned.
