Assist in the timely creation of reports requested or required by university, federal, or state officials. Ensure timely and accurate responses to open records requests.Collect, compile, analyze, and manage data regarding complaints of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic/dating violence, retaliation and other complaints falling under applicable university policies, Title VI, Title VII and Title IX. Gather, research, and analyze data for use in statistical calculations and reporting in accordance with university, federal, and state requirements.Collect, compile, manage, and validate the data for the creation of the Title IX Coordinator Quarterly Report to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Chief Executive Officer Report, the Executive Compliance Committee Report, the Title IX Office Annual Report, and the Clery Annual Report.Collaborate with DIA and Title IX staff on the creation of ad-hoc reports and dashboards for tracking key metrics.Build out and maintain the Title IX Office Maxient intake database and DIA case file database.Monitor Maxient, office Smartsheets, and Box case files to ensure data integrity, and seek opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation of existing reports and analysis.Other duties as assigned
