Description We are in search of a staff accountant to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will work within the hospitality management industry, using your skills in Citrix, balance sheet account reconciliation, and Excel formulas. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile balance sheets and journal entries

• Use Citrix for efficient execution of tasks and management of resources

• Apply Excel formulas for accurate financial calculations and inventory analysis

• Demonstrate expertise in hospitality management through accounting best practices

• Conduct month-end close activities to ensure timely completion

• Analyze inventory levels and provide detailed reports for management review. Requirements • Proficiency in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Citrix software

• Proficient in Excel Formulas

• Experience in Hospitality Management

• Knowledge of Inventory Analysis

• Ability to prepare Journal Entries

• Experience with Month End Close tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and regulations

• Experience with accounting software and databases

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus.
