Description

A credit union service organization is seeking a dynamic and eager individual to support their deposit operations team. The ideal candidate is solution-focused, independent, and possesses excellent time management skills. This position is data entry focused, so the ideal candidate has strong data entry and typing skills. This person will be responsible for providing support and assistance with the day-to-day operations of Deposit Operations, including procedure review, coordinating workflows, projects and delegation of assignments.

Job duties include:

Responsible for testing core system updates and new releases.

Support team assignments or projects based on departmental needs.

Assists with reviews and revisions.

Identifies areas in need of improved efficiencies or continuous process improvements.

Must secure and maintain employees’ or members’ confidential information.

Supports initiatives to meet or exceed SLAs for defined functions and processes.

Actively manages the escalation process.

Requirements • Proficiency in data entry is required for this role.

• Ability to conduct research analysis and identify discrepancies.

• Skills in creating detailed reports based on data and research findings.

• Familiarity with credit union policies and regulations.

• Experience in document management and maintaining organized records.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
