MIG Welder

Job Description

• Primarily responsible for MIG welding on stainless steel.

• Perform fitting on stainless steel material.

• Fit together different pieces of farm equipment.

• Perform welding tasks on structural steel.

• Operate press brakes, shears, manual mills, manual lathes, and other basic machine shop equipment when needed.

• Ability to perform various tasks in the machine shop in addition to fitting.

• Ability to read detailed blueprints.

Work Environment

• Metal shop in Canton with around 30 employees.

• Small shop but equipped with many machines.
