Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

Seeking a passionate architect to join our rapidly growing architecture team. This person will collaborate with other architects, engineers, and clients. Opportunity to run projects from start to finish, while still collaborating with the local team. Time will be spent in all phases of design.

Hard Skills

• Lead Design and Construction Documentation efforts for healthcare, academic, cultural, corporate, and government clients

• Report directly to Project Managers and Senior Principals

• Emphasis on healthcare interior fit out and tenant improvements

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

Service a wide variety of clients from Higher Education, Healthcare, Government, Corporate Interiors (A&D), and Cultural. Project sizes can vary from ground-up to smaller IDIQ projects. Healthcare projects tend to be tenant improvements or interior fit outs, such as updating a specific wing or practice; surgical room, MRI/X-ray equipment upgrades, etc.
